PRIVACY NOTICE

We collect the contact details, rental package, dates, addresses, and notes you provide to review requests, arrange delivery and pickup, maintain agreements, and manage payment and equipment returns. Please do not include sensitive personal information in booking notes.

Payments and records

Stripe handles payment information on its hosted checkout. BigFootBinz does not collect full card numbers. We may store Stripe transaction and customer identifiers, payment status, and your consent record. If you choose saved-card authorization, Stripe stores the payment method for the uses described in your agreement.

Sharing and security

We use hosting and data storage providers to operate the website and Stripe to process payments. We share information only as needed to provide the rental, handle payment, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. We do not sell personal information. Booking records are restricted to authorized business access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your choices

We retain transaction and agreement records as needed for operations, accounting, legal obligations, and dispute resolution, and remove records when no longer needed. To request access, correction, deletion where applicable, or withdrawal of future card-charge permission, reply to your booking correspondence or submit a request referencing your booking number. Some records may need to remain for legal or accounting purposes.

Website services

The site uses Google Fonts, which may receive standard connection information when fonts load. Hosting providers may maintain security and operational logs. We do not currently add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. The owner inbox uses ChatGPT sign-in. Stripe’s checkout is subject to Stripe’s own privacy notice. This notice may change; material changes will be reflected on this page.

Customer Reviews and Email Updates

Reviews can be submitted through a private link associated with a paid, completed rental. Your selected display name, rating, review text, and submission date will be public. Your email, booking reference, and addresses are not published. Please keep review links private. Contact us through booking correspondence to request a correction or removal of personal information.

Email update requests are optional and separate from rental bookings. We record your email, consent wording, signup source, and timestamp. We do not automatically add rental customers to a marketing list. Email addresses will be confirmed through the email service before marketing begins. Future marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. You may request removal before then through booking correspondence or the request form.
